We deliver throughout the working week, to ensure your goods arrive in a timely manner.
Before your order leaves us, all of our sweeties are prepared, personalised and packaged in the gifting format you have selected, if applicable. We wrap them up to keep them safe and send the goods in protective packaging to the delivery details supplied to us at point of purchase.
We always want to make sure you are happy with your treats, so if for any reason you aren’t please just drop a note to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will sort the issue out for you immediately.
Royal Mail is our choice of carrier, but orders over 3.00kg may be shipped by an alternative courier company, such as DPD. A signature may be required on delivery of your goods. If there is no-one available to sign for your goods a card will usually be left advising you of what action to take. We love our couriers and find that almost all parcels will arrive the next day. Your delivery date, however, cannot be guaranteed by us and any issues with delivery through our couriers services will need to be taken up with them direct (and by us of course!).
We can supply the tracking details for your parcel in any instances where there has been a delay. If it becomes apparent that your goods have been lost in the post, we will re-send your items at no additional charge after confirming the loss with the relevant courier, please allow for us to receive confirmation from the courier.
Our free delivery over £35 offer only covers the cost of 1 parcel up to 25kg in weight. If your order is large enough that it needs to be sent in multiple parcels, you may be asked to pay £5.00 for each additional parcel.
Please note that your parcel can be delivered between 9am and 8pm on the delivery date and orders placed on a Friday (after 1pm), Saturday or Sunday will processed on the Monday after. We currently only deliver to UK Mainland.
Delivery charges are based on the total weight of the products. The price will increase gradually as the total weight of your basket increases. You can see the weight of individual items on the product detail pages, and you can view the total weight of your basket at any time by viewing your basket.
*The weight used is either the packaged weight or the volumetric weight, whichever is higher. You can view these by clicking on the “Basket stats” link on the basket page.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thanks for shopping at Lollishop Sweets. If you don’t receive the item that you ordered or the item you have received has been damaged in transit, we’re here to help.
Unfortunately, anything that’s personalised or made to your specific requirements cannot be resold and is therefore non-cancellable and non-returnable. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We also do not cover the cost of your return postage, but are happy to refund you your original postage cost. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
